Granite is a hard igneous rock composed of minerals such as quartz, feldspar and mica. It has become an important building decoration material due to its high hardness, wear resistance and beautiful texture. Its Mohs hardness is as high as 6-7, and it needs to be professionally processed after mining before it can be put into use.

Modern granite processing plants are equipped with a variety of professional equipment: jaw crushers are used for primary coarse crushing, cone crushers are used for medium and fine crushing, and impact crushers can achieve shaping crushing. Auxiliary equipment includes a complete production line consisting of feeders, vibrating screens and conveyors. The processing process usually adopts the “two-stage one closed circuit” process: the raw stone is first crushed to 100-300mm by jaw crusher, then crushed to 30-50mm by cone crusher, and finally sieved to form aggregates of different specifications such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, etc.

Processed granite has a wide range of uses: building aggregates are used for concrete preparation, various specifications of crushed stones can be used for roadbed paving, fine stone powder can be used to make artificial stone, and high-quality slabs become high-end decorative materials after polishing. Some granites with special colors can also be processed into sculpture crafts, fully realizing the high-value utilization of resources.
